Okay. Today was lukewarm I guess.
I woke up early enough because I slept before 1am. that's a record, I think.
A little sad that I had to leave my grandparents there. They must be the most technologically-resistant people on earth. Ok, maybe just my granpa.
I think I might miss Sitiawan. Just a little. That feeling of not needing to do anything at all. That's a feeling you don't get in JB. I think that's the feeling that made me fail my driving. Haha. I'm no good at exams anyway.
Anyway, I got on this nice enough bus. And when I say nice enough, I mean the seat next to mine was empty, the air conditioning worked and I could recline the seat without getting a scolding from some aunty behind me. Reason being there was no aunty behind me. There was NO ONE behind me. The bus could probably take, I dunno 30 odd people, but there was less than 15. Including the driver and co-driver.
There were two annoying Indonesian women in front of me. An indian woman a little further up, whose phone used a 80 decible loud ringtone of Fergie announcing something about her humps. And that phone rang at least half a dozen times throughout the journey.
There was an old, and oddly interesting old Indian man a few seats in front of her. He was skinny. As in Gollum-skinny. But he smiled once or twice at me. Toothlessly. Eerily. But hey, a smile is a smile.
And so we went, as if backtracking the route I took before. Passing by signboards that said 'Pusing 16KM' and 'Selamat Datang ke Bandar Tronoh'. I wanted to take a few pictures, but I wasn't on the right side of the bus.
The silly part was, Perak is probably the best looking state I've seen so far. Keep it in your mind that I've only been to a handful of states. But seriously, there's ocean, jungle and mountains. Plus, it's got the best looking sky.
I've got a few pics, but I'll save it for a post that doesn't contain so much text.
I passed this little town called Gopeng. It's quite cool. As in there was an oil pipeline over one of the streets. Have any of you seen an oil pipeline? I have! lol. I hear half of you saying 'LIC'. There was a church there called Gopeng Gospel. Lols.
Enough of Perak. I went through KL. We stopped at Pudu(most hated place in the universe). Picked up a total of zero passengers, making the final number 13, excluding the 2 drivers. Before entering KL city, I passed this large UMNO(shortened from their motto, U Must Not Object) sign.
On the sign was the usual bullshit about how awesome they are, and then at the bottom, something almost suprising. It read:
bullshitbullshitbullshit
trust us, we are bullshit
Yes We Can.
I'm serious. I laughed on the bus. And here I thought the goverment was trying to promote original stuff. Obama should have copyrighted that slogan.
I saw another 'NO ISA' graffiti thing near Pudu. I passed a legendary building.
BANGKOK BANK.
Seriously? Yeah. there really is a Bangkok Bank. I hope they dont actually do that in the building. It's probably the most painful bank to work in.
I slept with my head resting on the glass. I realized I was in Johor because there was a massive pothole that the bus went over and my head smacked into the glass. That's Johor for you, nothing but potholes.
and rain clouds.
The moment I got home, I poured a handful of talcum powder into my left hand and put on my scarecrow mask. I went to the hall and saw my sister sitting there. I just stared at her for 3 seconds then she saw me. At first she was like 'huh?'
Then I roared and threw the powder at her. She screamed like hell. wei. I can't believe it actually works! HAHAHA. I'm serious. She freaked out, because she thought I was actualy scarecrow. But then she realized I was laughing my ass off.
That's power you can't buy. That's the power of fear.
Ok, enough. good night.
no wait. new news!
1) my DOG IS PREGNANT!
2) Lamb of God is awesome!
3) My neck is damn painful!
