This world is spinning inside me

What am i doing now? I'm rocking back and forth intensely watching a download bar that reads 94.1% done. With 1hour and 17minutes left. I have a feeling I might be rocking back and forth for another hour. Then I'll have a heart attack or intensive backache in the last 17 minutes. Damn, why does Malaysian broadband suck. Other than the fact that it's Malaysian. Seriously though, I'm getting less than 50kb/s up and down. And I'm giving more than receiving. That's not how torrents work. GAH!
