Next in line... stop it, YOUR KILLING ME!

Today is Saturday.
Aside from the obvious, I went jamming today.
Suppose to go SDJ I.U. day after that, but too many complications i guess.
If i had gone, I'd probably have to walk home, but I kinda wanted to go, to get some ideas for ECs I.U day, and for the whole experience of course.

Sorry SDJ-ians and mel.

So anyway, woke up and went jamming.
I'm really not liking Hop anymore.
The drum set there is getting shittier.
The snare drum skin was torn when I went there about 6 months ago.
Today, they were still using that same skin but with some cellophane tape over it.
That is just pure cheapskatism.
And the cymbal stand don't even use felts.
Even more cheap skate i guess.
Don't even get me started on the single pedal they use.

But surprisingly, the jamming itself was really smooth.
Even though we only played 2 songs!
Entersandman, as usual.
And Hollow Years.
first time we're trying out a Dream Theater song.
It doesn't need keyboards, so that makes it much easier.
But still wasn't easy to get everything together.
Was ok though.
In one hour, we could get, I would say.....60-75% of the song decently done.
For my standards at least!
But it really sounded good in most parts.
One of those moments when my mind says, hey, this is how it sounds on the record.
But of course timing and stuff was.......
