I lied

Watching those two Dark Knight cartoons made me feel bad about being a Batman fan. He's just an ordinary guy in a bat costume. Makes it sound like a bad idea. He's supposed to be a LOT RICHER! As in so rich he doesn't need Wayne Enterprise to make stuff for him. He can just use his own pocket money. Frank Miller once said superhero movies are trying to look plausible. He said he goes to see Superman fly, not to see the sweat around his armpits. Maybe he has a point. Maybe superhero movies should be more super and less realistic. Or maybe they just need a balance between the two. Shit, not balance again!

Video games and movies have tried to cross over so many times before. I think sometimes game developers watch a really cool action movie and think, "damn, this should be a game". And directors play PC games and think, "damn, this should be a movie".
Fools seldom differ.

Nevermind. I'm happy they didn't make a Dark Knight game. And I'm happier still that they're making a Batman game based on a Batman Graphic novel rather than a Batman movie. Remember the old Batman movie?

Yup. Seems like the perfect reason the game uses the traditional Batman suit.

I think it looks really cool. A little too shiny sometimes, but that sorta gives it the comic book feel. It's out for the Xbox 360, Pc, and Playstation 3, this June!

I would have gone and blogged about the game and everything, but no one comes here to read about games. Or Batman for that matter.

My double pedals aren't fixed. Bastards! I'm going to take them straight back and demand a 20 dollar refund! Ok, maybe I won't. But shite, it's not working! I'm just going to start playing the guitar instead.

I'm heading up to KL for a short while. Chill out with.. um... actually, I have no idea what I'm going to do in KL. I don't feel like wasting any money like I did last time (RM200 in one spree! fucking crazy. I know my concept of overspending is much weirder than most others) and my cousins and brother will be too busy to do anything. Maybe I'll just take a public bus around town. KL is a safe town after all =D

OK. Enough Bullshit! I wanna talk about games! Because that's all I've been doing.

I'm just going to run through a few games I can't wait to play (other than Batman Arkham Asylum)

Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2; Let's face it, COD 5 was a total disappointment, whether you got the chance to play it or not. It just sucked. Who needs another history lesson? But Infinity Ward is retaking control of the series and steering it back into modern warfare.
That's out on 11/10/09 (awesomest release date ever) Xbox 360/PS3/PC

Fight Night Round 4; I'm not a fan of boxing, or games involving boxing. But this game has really impressed the shite out of me. You can see every trickle of sweat in detail and the physics are imposibly life-like.
Out 30/06/09. Xbox 360/PS3

Bioshock 2;
It may not turn out to be as good as the first one because the original writer left, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to look forward to it.
Out late 2009 Xbox 360/PS3/PC

Dark Void
A sci-fi looking game. I'm not sure what's it about. But there's a cool suit, a jump pack, and something to do with space, so I'm pretty excited.
Out April 2009 Xbox 360/PS3/PC

DiRT 2
A realistic racing game that's all about rally. There's a map set in Malaysia, so yay! I guess
September 2009 Xbox 360/PS3/PC/Wii/DS/PSP

Fuel
Another racing game by the same guys who are doing DiRT 2. Less realism, more weird racingness. Either way, Codemasters are good at racing sims, so this'll do. Please, no more Need For Speed=.=
26 May 2009 Xbox 360/PS3/PC
