Ack-ack. I know, it's silly. But I always wanted to name someone or something Ack-ack. Well, not always. I actually never wanted to name anything anything. Until, I heard a scotsman in Company of Heroes : Opposing Fronts talk about an Anti Aircraft gun. He said "Ack-ack ready". As in AA gun ready, but he said Ack-ack. It was soooooooo cute. Like omg, I gotta call something Ack-ack when I get the chance. And in that accent too.
I watched two movies twoday. The Day The Earth Stood Still.
And also 24:Redemption.
Both movies were completely meaningless and so get a 7/10 from me.
And mind you, I'm being generous.
Either way, I could watch just about any shitty movie and give it a decent score after wasting my time on Twilight.
But Subhash, Twilight was so cool! Oh the romance!
Frack that, the movie sucked. The acting was blearghhh, and the story was blearghhtaetsjdtsdbfkb. Not to say the book had a bad story, but I think some stories should stay in books.
Now that I've mentioned treated stories I might as well go ahead and say all games should stay games and not be converted to movies. No matter how good the story is. Even though I actually thought to myself after completing Prince of Persia : Sands of Time, "Wow, this should be a movie". NO!
Hitman and Max Payne are the best game-made-into-movie movies out there. And those movies sucked. Bad.
Seriously, when I first played those games, every ounce of it oozed with coolness. But the movies were sooooooo fcuked up.
Don't even get me started on the Doom movie. It was 100% unnecessary.
Anyway, The day the Earth Stood Still wasn't that good. It felt very recycled. To be frank, it felt like every 'alien comes to destroy all humans movie', but with a good looking alien which had a different excuse to destroy all humans.
(omg did I just call Keanu Reeves hot?)
Yes I did. Somebody stop me(not Ian)!
24:Redemption is a fan movie. Unless you actually keep up with the series, don't bother watching it. It feels like a watered down episode of 24, but I it's not really that bad.
Anyway, I might be settling in Sunway JB. I wanted Sunway KL, but my parents don't trust me enough. I don't trust me enough. again... not Ian...
