That's right, this is post number two hundred. I'm glad less and less people are reading this blog. I mean, right after SPM, about 200 people viewed my blog in that first week. It was crazy, I had to start blogging like I was blogging for people other than myself.
Now it seems everything has died down. Every time I go online, I see 0 new comments, 0 new cbox tags, and the last time anyone one my blogroll updated goes from hours ago, to days ago, to weeks ago.
That doesn't mean people have stopped blogging, it doesn't even mean people don't like blogging as much as I do.
I really do love blogging. I need to write something everyday. Otherwise I forget an idea, or a moment, or a thought, or a joke, or a fact, or i don't know, just some text. I'd rather not just tell myself I'll remember it. Because in the end I end up forgetting what I was thinking 5 minutes ago. Also, the input has to be equal to the output. The more I experience (more I think, read, play a game, watch a movie, etc) the more I blog about it.
Those long pauses between blog posts only happen when I've absolutely nothing interesting going on.
The problem with the way I blog is... Well actually, the problems with the way I blog are:
1)I write late at night and don't like checking my work, so words come out missspelt
2)I sometimes post in the wrong blogs: anything involving thinking doesn't belong in this blog and anything involving not thinking belongs in this blog. Anything involving text doesn't belong in the Purplist blog.
3)In consistency in my posts. Like how Kua's blog has memorable posts all the time, Fann's blog has lengthy paragraphs of God knows what, Julian's blog has artsy posts which no one but himself can understand, Jackson's blogs has his brand of weird humor, Eu Chuan has posts about his memories and stuff. I just cannae live up to that sorta consistency. One day my posts are 2 inches short, one day full of pics, you get the picture. Maybe something to do with me being a brown man.... hmmmmmm
4)My blog is visually unattractive. It's full of pastel-ly colors, with bad contrast and which don't blend. That makes people not want to squint and read the text. I think.
5)Some things that I say on this blog is semi pretentious I guess. But then again it's not my fault. I sometimes have to fake an emotion because it gets boring not feeling
6)I take bad pictures. Yes I do. admit it. usually, people who don't take good pictures avoid posting them altogether, I on the other hand, post pictures sometimes unnecessarily..
hahhh. it is getting late. Oh. I fixed Grand Theft Auto 4 for the PC. took a while, but only when you play it do you realise what a piece of art it is. Never have I seen characters so well done in a pc game. ever.
